Job summary

Hydroleap is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects in the water and wastewater sector, ensuring delivery within schedule and budget. You will coordinate internal disciplines and external contractors to secure successful outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering and 5–10 years' relevant experience, with PMP preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience within a water/wastewater treatment environment.
• PMP is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to lead and manage teams and projects.
• Background including site work, hydraulics, pipelines, and water/wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of the project from conceptual planning phases through final plans and specifications.
• Provides administrative and technical management over more than one water resource, water treatment, or wastewater project.
• Responsible for establishing and reviewing time budgets and meeting them on the projects.
• Periodically review project schedule and progress.
• Maintain ongoing relationship with the client after project completion to secure future work.
• Supervises or coordinates several varied assignments simultaneously.
• Manage technical staff.
• Evaluate alternatives, work with engineering/operational teams to resolve issues, and interface with other disciplines.
• Ensure technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and proper documentation on reports and designs.
• Work with technical and business development for project reviews and management as needed.
• Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate and adjust work to meet the schedule.
• Perform other duties as needed.
