Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a logistics and warehouse professional in Singapore to manage inventory movement, support warehousing operations, and ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and documentation standards. You will operate forklifts, track materials, and collaborate across shifts to optimize throughput.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Dynamics, Visio, SharePoint), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience.
• Capable of completing documentation relative to the movement of inventory
• Advanced knowledge of Information Management concepts and related operations
• Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to verbal and written instructions
• Ability to operate various types of motorized forklifts
• Proactive & effective communication within and across shifts
• Advanced electronic and computer skills including Excel, Word, Microsoft dynamics, Visio, SharePoint
• Experience in warehousing (preferred)
• Certification in the assigned area (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, coordinating with others.
• Manage personal time and professional development, and prioritize workflow.
• Follow standard procedures to complete tasks within the timeframe and assist in troubleshooting.
• Share knowledge to support team and project, with periodic review of work.

• Complete assignments with moderate supervision using established procedures.
• Move materials and finished goods using forklifts, conveyors, cranes, carts, and power trucks.
• Identify delivery and process improvements to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality.
