Job summary

Roche is seeking a warehouse/logistics professional to join our Singapore team. You will lead material handling, ensure accurate inventory, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments in a GMP‑regulated environment.

Based at Tuas Bay Link, you will operate a forklift and support continuous improvement initiatives. A valid forklift license and prior GMP‑environment experience are highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC/Degree in Logistics or related field.
• Prior experience in warehouse/logistics operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse operations.
• Candidates must possess a valid forklift license and operate a forklift as part of duties.
• Willing to be based at Singapore Tuas Bay Link; shuttle service provided at MRT stations.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling: receive, pick, pack, issue and sample materials to support manufacturing and quality needs.
• Inventory Accuracy: maintain precise inventory levels with cycle counts and data entry into SAP/DB systems.
• Shipment Coordination: monitor inbound/outbound shipments and ensure procedures are followed.
• Team Collaboration: support Warehouse team activities and drive improvement projects.
