Job summary

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Singapore to support manufacturing and quality needs. You will lead receiving, picking, packing, issuing and sampling of materials, and maintain accurate inventory using SAP. The role emphasizes GMP/GDP compliance, safety, and continuous improvement through Lean practices.

The position is based at Tuas Bay Link with shuttle services, and requires a one-year commitment. Prior warehouse experience and a forklift license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC/degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations; GMP-regulated environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse operations.
• Valid forklift license; able to operate forklift.
• Willing to be based at Singapore Tuas Bay Link; shuttle provided from MRT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform receiving, picking, packing, issuing, and sampling of materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and data entry into SAP.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support warehouse improvement projects and Lean initiatives.
• Adhere to cGMP, GDP, and SHE standards; ensure proper labeling and segregation.
• Document orders and manage change requests and event discrepancies.
• Escalate abnormal events promptly and maintain safety measures.
