THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations at Jurong East. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching activities, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of warehouse experience with strong Excel and inventory system skills, enabling effective stock control and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and on time.
• Pack goods precisely to prepare for timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain and update accurate inventory records to support stock control activities.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards consistently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries.
• Perform additional general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
