Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Warehouse Assistant to manage daily warehouse tasks at Jurong East. The role includes receiving, packing, stock checking, and ensuring accurate inventory records to support timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of warehouse experience and basic computer skills with Excel and inventory systems. Salary ranges from SG$2,800 to SG$3,200 plus HP allowance, with Mon-Fri work hours.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
Basic computer knowledge in Excel and Inventory Systems Softwares.

Responsibilities

Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and on time.
Pack goods precisely to prepare for timely delivery to customers.
Maintain and update accurate inventory records to support stock control activities.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
Ensure proper documentation is completed for all incoming and outgoing goods.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards consistently.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries.
Perform additional general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
