Job summary

buildersmart pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize delivery routes, and supervise a logistics team. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Logistics and 5+ years of relevant experience.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, manage aging stock, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across warehousing and distribution processes. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP).
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Plan, schedule, and optimize delivery routes and trips to ensure timely distribution with cost efficiency.
• Supervise the logistics team and third-party transport providers to meet delivery KPIs.
• Resolve transportation issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and implement procedures to prevent stock-outs.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse and logistics staff to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Track and report key operational metrics including delivery trip efficiency, cost per delivery, stock-out frequency, and inventory aging.
