Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking an Operation Manager for building material logistics at Changi South. The role demands 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse and logistics. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and ensure inventory accuracy while managing costs and delivery efficiency.

Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and NetSuite is preferred. This position is based at Changi South and involves 5.5 days work week with up to SGD 8,500 monthly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics/Business and 5+ years supervisory experience in warehouse and logistics management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience monitoring KPI and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Handle stock, labeling, and organization to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor warehouse KPI and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Plan, schedule and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely distribution with cost efficiency.
• Supervise the logistics team and third‑party transport providers to meet delivery KPIs.
• Resolve transportation issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and implement procedures to prevent stock-outs.
• Manage inventory aging, conduct stock counts and reconciliations.
• Lead and train warehouse and logistics staff to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Reporting on delivery trip efficiency, cost per delivery, stock-out frequency, and inventory aging.
• Provide suggestion to senior management for operational planning and improvements.
