Job summary

The role collaborates with IT, business stakeholders, and security teams to protect assets, meet regulatory requirements, and ensure proper user access. The role covers identity and access management, security engineering, leadership, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IAM and cybersecurity engineering.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience with security tools (SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS).
• Experience with cloud platforms and their security features (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good to have: scripting or programming for automation (Python, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, PAM).
• Administer identity lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, access reviews.
• Integrate IAM with cloud and on-prem apps.
• Define RBAC and least privilege; perform access audits.
• Monitor IAM-related incidents and anomalies; document architectures.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and controls.
• Monitor security events; conduct assessments and vulnerability management.
• Lead IAM-related projects and develop standards.
• Communicate incident updates to stakeholders and bridge tech/non-tech teams.
