Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a senior banker to lead sourcing, structuring, and execution of complex debt and investment transactions across corporate lending. You will conduct comprehensive credit assessments and due diligence, and prepare strategic internal proposals for approval.

You will build long-term partnerships with institutional sponsors and corporate clients while managing the end-to-end lifecycle of financing agreements and ensuring regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field with a strong FI network.
• Advanced competencies in corporate analysis, financial analysis, capital valuation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing, structuring, and execution of complex debt and investment corporate transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and due diligence, and prepare strategic internal proposals.
• Build and cultivate long-term partnerships with institutional sponsors and corporate entities.
• Manage the end-to-end transaction lifecycle of corporate financing agreements, overseeing amendments and regulatory alignment.
• Guide client onboarding procedures, ensuring full compliance with international regulatory frameworks.
