Job summary

SGX Group is seeking a Senior Vice President, DevSecOps Lead (Cloud) to define and drive enterprise DevSecOps strategy, cloud engineering operating model, and secure platform delivery practices. You will lead the setup of secure-by-design practices, platform automation, and governance across SGX's cloud services.

You will oversee secure software delivery, IaC automation, and developer enablement while guiding engineering productivity and resilience.

Qualifications

Extensive senior leadership experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, SRE, or software engineering leadership.
Proven success building enterprise DevSecOps capabilities, engineering platforms, automation frameworks, and secure software delivery practices at scale.
Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, CI/CD technologies, IaC, cloud security tooling, observability, and modern software engineering practices.
Experience in highly regulated, mission-critical environments requiring resilience, security, and governance.

Responsibilities

Define and execute SGX's enterprise DevSecOps strategy, operating model, and transformation roadmap.
Establish secure-by-design and secure-by-default engineering practices across the SDLC.
Define enterprise standards for CI/CD, testing, and release automation.
Lead cloud platform engineering to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
Establish software security controls, vulnerability management, and software supply chain security practices.
Define enterprise automation strategies using IaC and policy-as-code.
