Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in software engineering, platform engineering or enterprise technology within large, complex environments.
• Proven track record of establishing engineering standards, governance and platform modernisation using engineering metrics.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms and modern architecture patterns at enterprise scale.

Responsabilités

• Define engineering strategy, platform direction, and technical standards for secure, resilient systems.
• Lead enterprise software design principles and architecture direction.
• Establish security governance and quality objectives across the SDLC.
• Drive observability, production support and investment in automation to improve productivity.
