Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Singapore is seeking a Senior VP, BCO to lead end-to-end Credit & Capital Management tasks and ensure a seamless servicing journey for multinational clients.

You will combine client relationship management with rigorous risk assessment, drive process improvements, and support a globally consistent CCM operating model while coordinating with business and risk leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Relevant corporate lending experience with strong analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of financing instruments and Wholesale Banking products.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to navigate complexity and align senior leaders.
• Clear understanding of Group credit risk principles, policies, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong commercial mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills across levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Credit & Capital Management servicing in line with OKRs, SLAs and KPIs.
• Combine client relationship management with risk assessment and management for required credit quality.
• Drive productivity improvements and adopt technology and customer experience initiatives in CCM operating model.
• Participate in deal discussions with clients or credit risk teams as required.
• Engage with risk partners to balance commercial outcomes with risk management.
