Responsibilities

Take ownership of daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling and service standards.
Plan staffing and rosters with retail colleagues around trading needs.
Drive sales by reviewing customer conversion, purchase value and team productivity.
Turn sales results and customer feedback into practical improvements to store performance.
Maintain consistent product presentation, window displays and store layouts.
Coordinate with marketing on promotions, customer events and in-store campaigns.
Recruit, onboard and coach store employees and develop selling skills for greater responsibility.
Support store openings and expansion while maintaining consistent operations and customer experience standards.
