Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD in Singapore seeks a senior UX researcher to lead discovery, map end-to-end processes, and turn observations into actionable design requirements for new digital tools.

You will synthesize patterns, validate concepts through prototypes, and facilitate cross‑functional workshops with agency teams and stakeholders to drive buildable clarity in ambiguous problem spaces.

Qualifications

• Strong generative research and synthesis abilities to turn messy inputs into clear insights.
• Experience shaping ambiguous problem spaces in service design or product discovery.
• Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently in exploratory 0-to-1 contexts.
• Comfort designing for process and workflow problems, not just interfaces.
• Interest in AI-assisted tools or agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with agency teams to understand ideation, information gathering, and requirements for digital products.
• Map the end-to-end process from idea to defined requirement, surfacing where teams stall or diverge.
• Identify patterns and friction points across teams and synthesize into structured insights.
• Translate findings into design principles and requirements for a supporting tool or agent.
• Prototype and test process interventions to validate buildable clarity.
• Facilitate workshops to frame problems, align stakeholders, and test concepts.
