Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced UX Researcher who will lead qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer needs and inform product decisions.

You will partner with design, product, and business teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations, advocate for user-centered design, and guide stakeholders through research best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Around 8 years UX Research experience.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods, including usability testing, concept testing, surveys, card sorting, and heuristic evaluations.

• Proven experience leading research initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-framing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to synthesize multiple data sources into meaningful insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, strategic thinker with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
