Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to understand customer needs and challenge assumptions. You will lead both qualitative and quantitative research to uncover actionable insights and shape customer-centric products and experiences.

You will guide stakeholders on research best practices, synthesize data into compelling narratives, and advocate for user-centered design across teams in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Around 8 years of UX Research experience.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proven experience leading research initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-framing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to synthesize multiple data sources into meaningful insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, strategic thinker with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.

Responsibilities
