Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer in Singapore to craft intuitive digital experiences. The role focuses on user-centered design, from research to high-fidelity prototyping, with emphasis on enterprise SaaS platforms.

You will design end-to-end user journeys, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure design systems and documentation are maintained for scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Portfolio must showcase creative problem-solving across digital products.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate and document workshops and co-design sessions with users, stakeholders and project teams.
• Design and refine user journeys, information architecture and interfaces.
• Develop design artefacts in Figma including wireframes and prototypes.
• Validate designs via usability testing and iterate based on findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams for design handover and QA.
