Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• 4 years of construction experience in Singapore, with utility diversion experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Manager on site progress and manpower planning.
• Coordinate utility diversion works with authorities and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit approval requests for diversions to relevant authorities.
• Develop detailed construction programmes and catch-up plans.
• Review drawings, resolve technical issues with the technical team, and ensure quality/workmanship compliance.
• Manage site safety and liaise with consultants on submissions related to structural works.
