CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD SINGAPORE BRANCH seeks a Civil Infrastructure Utility Coordinator for the LTA Civil Infrastructure – Road Viaduct Construction project in Tuas, Singapore. You will plan, coordinate and oversee utility diversions, protection and reinstatement works, engaging with PUB, SP Group and other authorities to obtain necessary clearances.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction or civil infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating with utility agencies and obtaining clearances in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and oversee utility diversion, protection, relocation and reinstatement works.
• Coordinate with PUB, SP Group, telecommunications providers and authorities for approvals and clearances.
• Manage utility clearance applications and permits (POWS, IPNO, NCE, etc.).
• Review drawings, existing service records and project specs to identify clashes and constraints.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate excavation activities, trenching, utility detection and protection to minimise damage risk.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor works for drawing, schedule, quality and safety compliance.
• Review and coordinate diversion drawings, method statements, submissions and engineering docs.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress for timely completion.
• Identify utility risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Maintain records of clearances, approvals, inspections and diversion progress.
• Attend coordination meetings with authorities and project teams, providing progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, LTA specs and workplace safety.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
