Job summary

Biopharma Careers seeks a Senior Sales Development Lead, Upstream to accelerate sustainable Upstream business growth across Singapore or Taiwan. You will shape go-to-market initiatives and translate regional priorities into focused action plans, leveraging Upstream bioprocess expertise and commercial insight to identify strategic opportunities.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, FAS, RSE and PS teams to build a strong pipeline, drive adoption, and deliver measurable commercial impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Deep Upstream bioprocess knowledge including cell culture and media.
• Excellent consultative selling and opportunity development.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder selling in a matrix environment.
• Strong CRM discipline and digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic Upstream business opportunities.
• Partner with Sales to advance opportunities across the Upstream journey.
• Translate regional growth priorities into actionable plans with cross-functional teams.
• Present Upstream portfolio and solutions to customers in engagements.
• Evaluate opportunities for strategic fit and commercial potential.
• Collaborate with Sales, FAS, RSE and PS stakeholders to build pipeline.
