Job summary

WD University (Early Career) Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruiter to focus on hiring early career talent and interns. You will partner with hiring managers and university partners to enhance the recruitment experience and build a strong campus pipeline.

You will lead full lifecycle recruiting across functions, promote the WD brand, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines. Travel during peak cycles is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated relevant experience - campus recruiting preferred.
• Creative, self-motivated, self-learner with superior teamwork skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with cross-functional interaction.
• Demonstrated project driving skills with milestones and timelines.
• Ability to execute with minimal supervision and strong MS Office proficiency.

• Full life-cycle recruitment for graduates and interns across multiple functions.
• Develop strong university partnerships to proactively build pipelines.
• Promote the Western Digital brand throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Communicate fearlessly to build trust with partners and candidates.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and goals.
• Travel during peak recruiting cycles.
• Support recruitment programs to define a comprehensive university experience.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to craft an engaging candidate experience and develop reports.
