Job summary

ASM is seeking a regional University Relations & Early Careers Recruiter to build Asia-wide talent pipelines across Taiwan, Japan, Korea, China, and Singapore. You will align with local TA teams and universities to connect emerging engineering talents with meaningful opportunities.

You will drive internships, campus events, and scalable hiring programs while partnering with the US/EU Early Careers team and recruitment marketing on yearly planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, Communications, Psychology, or related.
• 3+ years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting for professional roles and new graduates.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and university/early career hiring.
• Strong network across universities, labs, and talent communities.
• Knowledge of the Asia STEM talent market and cross-functional collaboration.
• Business-level English; Mandarin preferred; Japanese/Korean a plus.
• Experience in semiconductor/engineering/tech industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute ASM's university recruiting plan across Asia with hiring impact.
• Develop relationships with universities, professors, labs, career centers and student groups.
• Lead internships and graduate hiring programs across Asia.
• Create campus engagement through events, content and talent communities.
• Represent ASM at university career fairs, conferences and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing and COE for employer brand campaigns.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline
