Job summary

WD is seeking a Senior University Recruiter in Singapore to lead full life-cycle recruitment for graduates and interns. You will build and maintain university partnerships, act as a WD brand ambassador, and coordinate with hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience across multiple functions.

• Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated relevant experience; campus recruiting preferred.

• Demonstrated project driving skills with milestones and timelines.
• Ability to execute with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruitment for graduates and interns across multiple functions.
• Build strong university partnerships to create a pipeline for current and future needs.
• Promote the WD brand during the recruitment cycle to candidates and partners.
• Communicate clearly to build trust with hiring partners and candidates.
• Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and goals; travel during peak cycles.
• Support recruitment programs shaping the university experience and candidate journey.
• Develop presentations and reports for stakeholders.
