Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Senior Underwriter to evaluate, select, and manage insurance risks within the International Personal Lines portfolio. You will provide technical leadership, support portfolio growth, and ensure underwriting discipline across the business, collaborating with cross-functional teams and regional leadership.

The role requires strong experience in mass consumer underwriting, portfolio analysis, and product development, with proven ability to work with multiple distribution channels

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of underwriting experience on mass consumer products.
• Experience in Residential Insurance, Auto Insurance, Mobile Insurance, Cyber Insurance and Extended Warranty.
• Experience in Product Development and Implementation.
• Experience in constructing portfolio analysis (P&L’s, trend mapping, performance reviews) and recommending actions.
• Experience dealing with multiple distribution channels (agents, brokers, direct group, sponsor, bancassurance).
