Job summary

TDCX is seeking a senior UX Designer to lead design tasks within product squads and take ownership of design quality across products. You will contribute to the UI/UX practice as a senior member and mentor junior designers.

Shape the squad's roadmap, advocate for design systems, and drive design initiatives while collaborating with product and engineering leads within a flexible, hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia Technology, Graphic/Web Design, HCI or related field.
• Experience leading design tasks within squads and mentoring junior designers.
• Strong UX research, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design tasks within product squads and own design quality across products.
