Talent-Merge in Singapore is seeking a senior UX designer to shape the product design direction across digital platforms, translating business goals and user needs into scalable, visually compelling solutions. You will lead end-to-end UR/UX activities and establish design systems with cross-functional partners.

Shape the overall product design direction across digital products, platforms, and customer-facing experiences.
Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling design solutions.
Lead end-to-end UR/UX activities, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design validation.
Establish and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and visual standards to ensure consistency across products.
Partner closely with product, engineering, business, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design priorities.
Guide designers through concept development, design reviews, critique sessions, and delivery of high-quality design outputs.
Synthesize research findings, behavioral insights, and product data into actionable design improvements.
Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle while balancing commercial and technical considerations.
Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, product usability, engagement, and overall digital experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in product, digital, or UX design, including experience leading complex design initiatives or mentoring designers.
Strong hands-on expertise in UR/UX, including user research methodologies, UX strategy, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, along with experience building or managing scalable design systems.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence product decisions in a fast-paced digital environment.
