Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking a senior UI designer to craft interface design across volunteer management workflows. You will translate requirements into usable screens and end-to-end flows for coordinators, admins and volunteers.

You will establish consistent UI patterns, run usability testing, and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1). Collaboration with researchers, product managers and engineers is essential to move designs into implementation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in UI or product design.
• Strong UI design across layout, typography, visual hierarchy and interaction.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components and tokens.
• Hands-on usability testing experience and translating findings.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG 2.1, ARIA).
• Experience designing dashboards or workflow systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design UI screens and end-to-end flows for the system.
• Translate requirements and research into concrete designs.
• Design for coordinators, administrators and volunteers.
• Establish consistent UI patterns and components.
• Plan and conduct usability testing and translate findings.
• Ensure interfaces meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with Researchers, PMs and Engineers through implementation.
• Contribute reusable patterns to the design system.
