Job summary

Nomura is seeking a Relationship Manager for its International Wealth Management practice to steward a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects in the region. You will tailor investment strategies, advise on asset allocation, and drive client satisfaction with a high-touch service model.

You will cultivate relationships, identify new client opportunities, and collaborate with product specialists to deliver Nomura's wealth solutions while maintaining strict KYC and compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or private banking with UHNW relationships.
• Experience in providing personalized investment advice including asset allocation and risk management.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products and services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Experience in acquiring new UHNW clients through referrals and networking.
• Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Adherence to compliance and regulatory standards in all activities.
• Driven to succeed and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and deepen long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects in the region.
• Identify prospects within the Thai market and actively acquire new clients.
• Introduce clients to a broad range of products and investment opportunities based on suitability and deliver Nomura's solutions.
• Ensure complete KYC, call reports and documentation for all clients.
• Assist in new business/product development and collaborate with product/service specialists.
• Contribute to revenue and AUM targets for Wealth Management.
• Comply with bank and regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering procedures in relevant regions.
