Job summary

LSN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Tunnel Supervisor to lead tunnelling site-based activities according to method statements and ensure compliance with WSH regulations.

You will supervise tunnel workers, perform inspections, and maintain daily reports while coordinating with engineers. Shifts change every 2 weeks or monthly, and multinational teams are common on site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of tunnel project supervision experience (LTA, PUB)
• Ability to lead tunnelling site activities and ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead tunnelling site activities according to method statements and safe work procedures.
• Ensure all work follows WSH regulations.
• Provide in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
• Record daily activities and assist engineer in progress claims.
• Solve daily problems to keep site on track.
• Supervise tunnel workers performance and mining execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by Site management.
• Perform other duties assigned by Tunnel management.
• Communicate with and manage tunnel workers of different nationalities.
• Work on a shift basis (every 2 weeks or monthly shifting).

Job description

Report to Tunnel Engineers/Tunnel Manager and execute daily site activities according to method statement and safe work procedure.

Leading and executing all tunnelling site-based activities and ensure working are following all WSH regulations.

Provide in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance to requirements and specifications.

Record down daily activities and assist engineer in progress claim.

Daily problem solving.

Supervise Tunnel workers performance including execution of mining works

prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as and when required by Site

Other duties assigned by the Tunnel management

Must be able to work on shift basis (every 2 weeks or once a month changing shift)

Able to communicate/control tunnel workers of different nationalities

Must have proven years of experience in supervising tunnel projects (LTA, PUB), minimum 8 years experience in supervising Tunnel projects
