Job summary

Prudential plc seeks a Senior Manager, Systems and Processes to own the Reval treasury system across the Group. You will coordinate with Ion for updates, work with LBUs for optimal use, and oversee ISO2022 migration and data integrity.

The role requires a degree and extensive financial services experience, with a strong controls background and experience driving standard protocols for treasury transitions and regional operations.

Qualifications

• A detailed understanding of the Reval Treasury management system.
• A detailed knowledge of bank settlement systems, messaging formats and the changes involved in ISO2022.
• Strong teamwork and good persuasive skills to ensure LBUs adopt best practices.
• A strong controls background to ensure data is complete and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Bank statement connectivity model and ISO migration.
• AC (& other LBU e.g. Africa) Reval implementation.
• Review current Reval processes to improve the operating efficiency and LBU engagement.
• Enhance internal control governance and improve support to AC operations.
• Develop a standard protocol for VCC transition.
• Other new initiatives (e.g. setting up Bermuda operations).
