Job summary
Actualize Consulting is seeking a Manager to lead Treasury & System Implementations, driving client engagements across treasury ops and technology. You will guide teams, manage relationships, and deliver high-impact solutions, with focus on cash management, forecasting, and risk management.
The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and mentoring junior consultants, with a fully remote setup and a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
- Established professional network to support business development, client engagement, and recruiting.
- Deep understanding of treasury operations and TMS implementation (Kyriba, Quantum, SAP).
- Advise clients across cash management, liquidity, payments, in-house banking, bank connectivity, TMS selection/implementation, and risk management.
- Experience building complex BI reporting using Crystal Reports.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the engagement lead for client projects and ensure successful on-time deliverables.
- Coach junior consultants and support business development efforts.
- Manage project plans, teams, and client communications to ensure high quality results.
- Contribute to practice growth by expanding client relationships and proposing new work.
