Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is partnering with a fintech client in Singapore to recruit a Senior Treasury & Balance Sheet Management Lead. The role reports to the Head of Treasury and owns funding, liquidity and balance sheet strategy.

You will drive ALCO, ICAAP, FTP, IRRBB and stress testing, oversee front-to-back treasury operations, and ensure MAS regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in bank treasury and strong MAS framework knowledge, with fintech exposure as a plus.

Qualifications

• Ten years or more in bank treasury across front/middle/back office.
• Strong knowledge of MAS frameworks (LCR, NSFR, ILAA).
• Experience with ALM, funding strategy and treasury systems.

Our Fintech client is looking for a Treasury & Balance Sheet Management Lead to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you'll lead funding, liquidity and balance sheet management. You'll drive ALCO, ICAAP, FTP, IRRBB and stress testing, oversee treasury front-to-back office, and own MAS regulatory compliance and treasury systems. You will have the opportunity to lead and be involved in treasury-related projects and initiatives.

The successful candidate comes with at least 10+ years in bank treasury across front, middle and back office, with strong knowledge of MAS frameworks (LCR, NSFR, ILAA, Notices 649/651/656). Experience in ALM, funding strategy and systems like QRM is key. Digital bank or fintech exposure is a plus. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite for the role.
