Job summary

The Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI) Transformation Office is seeking a proactive professional to shape meaningful employee engagements and communications strategy. You will design interventions, co-create solutions with stakeholders, and lead data-driven initiatives to foster a connected, empowered workforce.

You will collaborate with leaders to align engagement with organisational goals, deliver compelling content, and promote a positive culture across divisions.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in employee engagement, organisation development or facilitation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with compiling data and presenting numbers.
• Proven ability to plan, manage and execute multiple organisation-wide projects.
• Strong problem-solving and data analytics, with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience advising executive leaders on communications strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design interventions that build organisation and team effectiveness, psychological safety, and change readiness.
• Facilitate interventions based on OD and applied behavioural sciences to align leadership and strategy.
• Partner with multi-disciplinary teams and leaders to understand challenges and co-create solutions.
• Conduct pulse surveys and analyze data to monitor health and propose data-driven initiatives.
• Develop and execute internal communications strategies aligned with goals and values.
• Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and foster a positive culture.
• Create and deliver speeches, publications and presentations for organisational outcomes.
