Job summary

HSBC is hiring a Senior Project Manager (12 months) to own front-to-back delivery of a booking entity change. You will manage scope, schedule, cost and readiness, coordinating across Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology to ensure successful cutover and regulatory compliance.

The role requires substantial experience leading complex transformations across Markets & Securities Services, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to drive decisions

• Experience leading complex, business-owned front-to-back transformation across Markets & Securities Services.
• Strong track record in delivering outcomes with clear operating models, client and control impacts.
• Proven accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk and business readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own front-to-back delivery of a booking entity change from requirements through cutover.
• Maintain the integrated delivery plan with dependencies, milestones, risks and decisions.
• Lead executive engagement and governance, presenting options and securing timely decisions.
• Coordinate sponsors and partners across Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology.
