• Develop, test and monitor card fraud prevention rules and their impact on customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve fraud tooling and customer journey.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to OKRs, KPIs and team strategy.
• Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders and support incident response.
