Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a finance operations professional to manage trade-related payments and client account reconciliations. You will ensure timely processing, accurate recording, and prompt investigation of discrepancies.

The role requires experience in banking/finance operations, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines while coordinating with settlement, dealing and other teams for issue resolution and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in stockbroking, securities, banking, investment or financial operations.
• Familiarity with trade-related payments, cash reconciliation or client account reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under time-sensitive operational deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process trade-related payments and receipts accurately within established timelines.
• Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts, bank balances and transaction records.
• Investigate and resolve payment, receipt and account discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up with relevant internal or external parties.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and supported by the required documentation.
• Work closely with settlement, finance, dealing and other operations teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support system testing, implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and operational controls.
