Job summary

CIELO TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trade Analytics professional in Singapore to collect and analyze data on international trade, tariffs, and shipments, delivering insights to senior management.

You will monitor global regulations, support cost-saving strategies, ensure data integrity in SAP/MIC, and collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations to optimize global trade processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international business or related field.
• 5–8 years in trade analytics or supply chain data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and trade data sets (HS, ECCN).
• Experience with SAP or MIC trade systems and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data related to international trade, tariffs, customs regulations, shipments, and trade agreements.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on trade trends, costs, risks, and opportunities for senior management and stakeholders.
• Trade Compliance & Regulation: Monitor global trade regulations and ensure compliance with customs laws and trade agreements; support China/Europe imports-exports.
• Trade Strategy Support: Provide insights into tariff impacts, duty optimization strategies, and cost-reduction opportunities; evaluate FTAs in Asia.
• System Maintenance & Data Integrity: Ensure data is accurately input into SAP/MIC and troubleshoot discrepancies with country managers.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with logistics, supply chain, finance, and operations to optimize processes.
• Market Research: Research international trade trends and policy changes affecting global strategies.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting and data collection.
