Job summary

Agrocorp International in Singapore seeks a seasoned Head of Middle Office to oversee end‑to‑end control and execution of physical agricultural commodity transactions. You will partner with Trading to translate trades into accurate contracts, driving smooth shipment, documentation, payment and closure throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires senior leadership, deep Middle Office experience and the ability to coordinate with Trading, Logistics, Trade Finance, Finance, banks and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Supply Chain, Shipping or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications in international trade, shipping, supply‑chain management or trade finance would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the post‑trade lifecycle from trade confirmation through contract issuance, execution, settlement and closure.
• Ensure contracts reflect terms including pricing, quantity, specs, shipment periods, terms and payment conditions.
• Oversee contract amendments, extensions and changes with proper approvals and records.
• Supervise international shipments from contract confirmation through delivery, settlement and closure.
• Establish controls to monitor shipment schedules, vessel nominations, cargo movements and payment status.
• Lead and develop Middle Office, Contracts, Documentation and Trade Execution teams.
• Identify execution risks early and coordinate with Traders and stakeholders to resolve issues.
