Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or related discipline.
At least 10 years in trade finance and loan operations, with 5+ years in supervision.
Strong knowledge of documentary credits and international trade finance rules (UCP/URC/URDG/ISP/ISBP).
Excellent communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily trade finance and loan operations.
Review and approve trade finance and loan transactions, including documentary credits.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on operational matters.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, produce management reports.
Maintain SOPs to meet regulatory requirements.
Identify process improvements to streamline workflows and strengthen controls.
Participate in projects and business continuity exercises.
Provide guidance and training to staff in trade finance operations.
