Job summary

You will help plan and execute trackwork projects, support design and analysis of layouts, conduct daily site inspections, and prepare technical reports. Strong teamwork and willingness to work nights/weekends are required; senior roles may be available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of railway engineering principles and trackwork design is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team.
• Able to perform night/weekend work when required.
• Senior positions available for qualified, experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of trackwork projects with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
• Support design and analysis of track layouts, track geometry, and related infrastructure.
• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor construction activities per specifications and timelines.
• Prepare daily and technical reports and documentation for trackwork activities.
• Review technical submissions (specs, drawings, method statements, risk assessments).
• Coordinate with on-site stakeholders and address administrative matters.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving for track maintenance and performance.
