Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, AI Outcome Engineering in Singapore to lead end-to-end technical programs for customer bugs, blockers, and product defect escalations across Generative AI workloads and platform services.

You will partner with field teams, Product, and Core Engineering to drive triage, root-cause analysis, and executive reporting, and establish standardized intake channels and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or related field.
• 7 years of technical program management, software engineering, or technical product management experience.
• Experience managing bug, blocker, and incident resolution workflows for enterprise customers in cloud/AI/ distributed systems.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, LLMs, AI infrastructure, APIs, or enterprise platform integrations.
• Experience collaborating with customer-facing field teams and Core Engineering/Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and orchestrate the technical lifecycle for identifying, tracking, prioritizing, and resolving complex customer bugs, blockers, and product defect escalations across Generative AI solutions and platform services.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between field teams, Product and Core Engineering; collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and infrastructure leads to drive root-cause analysis and negotiate engineering backlog prioritization.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated reporting frameworks, dashboards, and telemetry tracking key metrics; deliver concise briefs to executive leadership.
• Advocate the customer experience and escalate critical issues to protect adoption and contract momentum.
