HANWHA OCEAN GLOBAL PROJECT EXECUTION CENTER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior Topside Process Engineer with deep offshore oil & gas expertise to lead standards, interfaces, and execution strategy for FPSO, FLNG or offshore facilities.

You will manage resources, drive FEED/EPCI progress, and ensure best practices are shared across teams. The role requires hands-on topside processing experience, strong process simulation skills, and the ability to travel to Europe and Asia as needed, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in offshore or onshore oil & gas.
• 7–10 years at FPSO contractor or offshore/onshore EPC contractor.
• 1–2 FPSO EPCI projects from start to sail-away.
• 1 FPSO FEED/EPCI project as Project Lead - Topside Process.
• Hands-on process engineering in FPSO or offshore EPCI projects.
• Experience with process simulation (steady state, dynamic) and safety actions.
• English fluency with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead to develop corporate technical standards, procedures and workflows for process design data integration.
• Manage topside process resources and monitor FEED/EPCI project progress.
• Custodian of Lessons Learnt database and disseminate to project teams.
• Act as Project Discipline Lead - Topside Process with hands-on experience.
• Report progress and forecasts to Head of Process Discipline; participate in weekly meetings.
• Provide technical guidance and career development for engineers/designers; enable travel as needed.
