Job summary

Hanwha Ocean in Singapore is seeking a Lead Structure Engineer to lead and oversee Topside structure design for FPSO/Offshore facilities. You will develop corporate technical standards and mentor engineers while coordinating with project teams through FEED and EPC phases.

The role requires hands-on experience with SACS, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate with clients and internal teams. Occasional travel to support global projects is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years offshore/oil & gas experience.
• Topside structure discipline leadership experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with FPSO/EPCI projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Topside Structure design and validation across FEED/EPC projects.
• Mentor engineers and manage project discipline team.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors.
• Prepare technical proposals and reviews.
