Job summary

HANWHA Ocean Global Project Execution Center PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Topside Engineering Project Manager to lead the topside engineering and design for FPSO facilities, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team across international offices, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure compliance with project specs, codes, and regulatory requirements. A strong offshore oil & gas background and prior Topside EPM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15-20 years in offshore/onshore oil and gas.
• Minimum 7-10 years at a top-tier FPSO/EPC contractor.
• Hands-on discipline engineering in offshore EPCI projects (process, mechanical, piping, I&C).

Responsibilities

• Manage topsides and interface engineering and design for FPSO/FLNG projects.
• Define engineering scope and prepare project planning and manpower.
• Control all engineering activities including schedule and man-hour management.
• Develop facility design, layout and system architecture.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, codes, standards and regulations.
• Organize inter-discipline design reviews and interface management.
• Lead deployment of project teams during construction and commissioning.
• Close-out project with as-built docs and lessons learned.
