Job summary

Methodist Welfare Services is seeking a Therapy Support staff to assist Occupational and Physiotherapy services for residents in Singapore. You will work under therapists to deliver treatments, prepare materials, and document patient progress in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification or qualification in therapy support.
• Experience in intermediate or long-term care sectors or with elderly/disabled.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Team player with collaborative abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Positive, client-centered with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT/PT treatment under guidance in various care settings.
• Prepare and set up therapy materials and equipment for patient use.
• Perform prescribed treatments as instructed by therapists.
• Educate patients and caregivers on interventions.
• Document progress and maintain records.
• Maintain infection control and safety in therapy areas.
