Job summary

St Luke's ElderCare Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Therapy Assistant to support our Rehabilitation Team in delivering quality care.

You will assist therapists with clinical treatments, help implement prescribed exercise programmes, manage patient progress, and handle related administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and department teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow and maintain standard of clinical practice
• Assist in implementing prescribed exercise programmes and group therapy
• Provide progress feedback and report patient status
• Communicate with patients and therapists at a professional level
• Support coverage of service to assigned ward(s) or outpatient unit
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure ward equipment readiness
• Maintain therapy areas and ensure tidiness and cleanliness
• Assist with administrative duties and department documentation

Education
