Job summary

Avon Industries Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Testing & Commissioning Manager to lead all testing and commissioning activities, ensuring safe, compliant and fully operational systems in line with project spec and client requirements.

You will oversee planning, documentation, and team performance across mechanical, electrical and integrated systems, coordinating with engineers, site supervisors and subcontractors to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organisational and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing and commissioning plans, schedules and procedures.
• Lead, train and supervise the testing and commissioning team.
• Conduct on-site testing, inspections and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, project managers, clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain ITPs, commissioning reports, checklists and handover docs.
• Monitor activities for compliance with specs and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during testing and commissioning.
• Verify full integration and operation before handover.
• Support successful project completion and handover.
