Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Test Lead to guide a team through acceptance testing with customers and ensure analytics functionalities are validated across varied use cases.

You will develop comprehensive acceptance test plans and specifications, and manage interface testing with external parties while planning and monitoring the system test schedule and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
• 6 years of experience in software testing and minimum 2 years in lead role.
• Experience in managing a team of test engineers.
• Experience in using tools to manage system or software engineering projects.
• Understanding the requirements of the software development and software quality process.
• Capable of deriving the types of integration test from a set of integrated functions.
• Possess good planning and management skills.
• Possess good communication skills and able to relate well to others.
• Possess analytical thinking ability and good observation skills towards system level perspective.

• Capable of deriving the types of integration test from a set of integrated functions


• Possess good planning and management skills


• Possess good communication skills and able to relate well to others
