Job summary

Qualifications

Knowledge of testing practices and experience in retail banking applications (core banking, branch teller, self-service, internet and mobile banking).
Experience in test automation and script writing, preferably using TOSCA.
Tech savvy with internet banking, mobile apps and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Work with requirement stakeholders to understand system enhancements or projects.
Prepare end-to-end test scripts and test data.
Participate in user acceptance testing and live verification of changes.
Execute test automation scripts for functional testing.
Track testing progress and defects; provide regular progress reports.
Ensure UAT exit criteria are met before sign-off.
Provide post-implementation support and stakeholder touchpoints for trainings.
